Dear Friends and Family,

Roger  (Tom's father-in-law) is doing fine.  I guess, since I asked everyone to pray that I should send out an update on him too.

The surgery went fine. He came home on Friday. Unfortunately, he had to come home with a catheter but that should resolve itself soon.

We are grateful that there were no serious complications and that the surgeon was pleased with the procedure.

Thank you so much for praying for our WHOLE family and all of our "issues" these days.  Each one of you is a gift from God to us!

This slideshow is of the presentation of The Blue Coat Award by The Norwood Knights of Columbus to the Fireman of the Year.  Tom was chosen by his peers who had previously won this award.  He was honored in the church service and then at a breakfast immediately afterward where he was given the award and where the Mayor of Norwood proclaimed today as "Thomas Patrick McCabe Day".  Awesome!
